Gun Lake Paintball's Fields

The Woodsball Course and Junk Field.

This Woodsball field is 725 feet long (over 2 football fields) long and about 150 yards wide. It consists of over 100 bunkers of all shapes and sizes. In the center of the Woods Course is what we call the fortress. The fortress doubles as the centerpoint for attack and defend. You will find a wide variety of play on the woods course. We have areas with tightly built bunkers for that speedball feel and areas with no bunkers at all and only natural cover for you back woods players. The woods course also features a series of trails through thicket that can lead to many surprises. We hope that you think our woods course is the best. We spent years creating it. We integrated the natural terrain and didn't cut down any live mature trees in the process. We turned a woods that could hardly be walked through due to heavy undergrowth into a fast paced field of paintball battle.

Within the boundaries of the woodsball course lies the Junk Field. This field with overhead rope boundaries plays like a giant speedball field, but it is set in the woods. Bunkers are a mix of manmade and natural obstacles. This is the perfect place to try your hand at a faster paced game.

Due to the vastness of this field of play, we ask that you listen carefully to and follow the rules given for each game. We have groomed the inbounds portion of this field to be a safe place to play, if you head out of bounds, not only will you be eliminated from the game you might run into briars, fox holes, stumps and other dangerous obstacles. You also run the risk of trespassing if you leave the defined field of play.

The Barrel Course.

We found that 50 gallon plastic barrels secured in triangles creates a durable and fun speedball fiel. There's nothing more intense than trading paint with the other team on a mirrored speedball field. When you want to play a fast paced, heart pounding game, then step out onto the Barrel field and keep the paint flying.
